Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with creative leads, project managers, and marketing leads to ensure creative/production efficiency and integrity from start to finish

Support production design for campaign creative and brand collateral system

Prepare final files based on supplied specifications for several types of media across print and digital

Strong grasp of foundational design elements including type, layout, color, balance, grids, etc.

Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation

Able to quickly adjust color, text, size, imagery, and other details pertaining to document aesthetics and multi-brand marketing support

Develop and design layouts, inclusive of copy and images for sales collateral (PDF and PPT), digital ads, onsite promotional materials (banners, printed collateral), emails, etc.

Juggle a mix of large and small projects, often with overlapping priority and urgency

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree and/or 3-5 years of design and production experience

3-5 years of design and production experience

3-5 years of corporate design in a production-based role

Strong background with print and digital design

Possess a solid understanding of design principles, printing specifications & procedures and photo editing

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, with a specific focus on InDesign

Experience in Insurance, Finance, or Healthcare industries

Proven experience with translating a single brand across multiple touchpoints

Agency or in-house agency experience
